Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi: Former DMK minister Anbil Mahesh has been arrested by the Central Crime Branch police in connection with allegations that a bribe of Rs. 100 crore was collected in exchange for securing official recognition for schools during the DMK’s tenure. Following a two-hour interrogation, Anbil Mahesh is currently undergoing a medical examination.
